We have just completed our latest quality survey and have had a considerable number of responses - over 170. Overall, Claremont was given an overall median score of 9.5 out of 10!

Re Claremont:
Claremont is doing fantastically well. Claremont has done so much for me. My partner died less than 2 years ago. I felt so alone and sad. But Claremont embraced me and now I feel I have friends and a life again. Thanks.
Claremont was a lifeline to me. I was self harming and suicidal when I arrived. It has allowed me to make a group of friends and introduced me to events outside of Claremont. I fell that in spite of me age and status, I still have a contribution to make, things to learn, and talents to use. I am in contact with other people now, who share my interests and together we have FUN! Thank you Claremont!
Claremont means a lot to me because it is a very friendly place and we can all learn to love each other and listen to each other in many ways. We learn so many skills and the outings that you organise are very interesting too.
Claremont has improved my quality of life. I enjoy classes. Also Friday Classical concerts. I feel we are very lucky in Islington to have Claremont Friday concerts. Classical students giving their time for us. Thank you.
You're doing well. Thanks a lot. Place to go away from isolation and depression - if you live on your own. I can do creative things there.
It means I can get out of the house and meet people and learn something.

They are all very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They are always ready to help you whatever it may be.
I was extremely nervous when I walked into the Claremont on that first afternoon, but the welcoming smile and friendly assistance I was given gave me the courage I needed to stay. The staff remain hardworking, friendly and make me feel like I belong to a family.
They are always a pleasure and love how they so willingly join in our enterprises and shows.
It is the people that give Claremont its energy, enthusiasm and creativity.

I'm standing up at the end of a class and don't feel sufficiently comfortable to write more comments than necessary.
I cannot stress strongly enough how importanly Simona's style of teaching is. I do Pilates at Highbury Pools Gym sometimes but if I miss some classes it will take me months to get back into them. This is because you are not part of a group, just one in class, so not missed if not there. Being part of a group that will hopefully perform is so uplifting and inspiring to the spirit.
Claremont is a valuable addition to the programme of activities I do.

Claremont gives me the opportunity to do what I have always loved - ballet. I have discovered creative dance and really enjoy that too.

I study English and a little be computer. Claremont is very important for me because I think so helped a many elderly people.

The ballet class I attend is the only one I know of for people of my age group - 60+ so it is very important to me.
